Degree Bachelor of Arts (B. A.) and the theoretical needs to gain the career capability for the elevated general civil service (in German: “Laufbahnbefähigung für den gehobenen allgemeinen Verwaltungsdienst”)
Type of programme full-time undergraduate study programme
Period of study 6 semesters including 2 practical experiences of the work (10 and 21 weeks) and the bachelor thesis, in order to gain the career capability for the elevated general civil service the graduated have to complete an introduction time in public service (at least 27 weeks)

Requirements for admission Abitur (German qualification for university study), qualification for study at Fachhochschulen or equivalent education

study contents jurisprudence with emphasis on General and Special Administrative law, Constitutional law, European law, bases of Private law, juridical case studies,administrative sciences with emphasis on administrative theories and praxis, information and communication technology ,economic sciences with emphasis on administrative marketing and management, and public finance, social sciences with emphasis on sociology, political science and social psychology
Miscellaneous in principle tuition fees of EUR 500,00 plus semester contribution (including administration costs) of approximately EUR 170,00 at present
