Modules in 2nd study phase: Private Law 3; Tax Law; Financial Managment; Communication and Interaction for Business Law Students; Case Studies Private Law 1-3; Employment Law; Company Law; Competition Law and Rudiments of the "ZPO" (Civil Trial Regulations); Economic Criminal Law/Insovency Law; European Law; Case Studies; 2 Knowledge Transfer Exercises; Academic Project with Bachelor dissertation
Two majors: Major A: Law of Financial Services or Tax Law / Major B form the subjects offered in the platform: Controlling; Financing; International Economy; Logistics; Marketing; Human Resources; Taxes and Auditing and Events Management
